An kafa shi a cikin 1992, Chengdu Holy Cryogenic Equipment Co., Ltd. ya ƙaddamar da alamar HL Cryogenics, wanda ke hidimar masana'antar cryogenic tun daga lokacin.

Tsakanin 1997 da 1998, HL Cryogenics ya zama ƙwararren mai samar da manyan kamfanonin man petur na kasar Sin guda biyu, Sinopec da Kamfanin Man Fetur na kasar Sin (CNPC).
